Does anyone take fish oil pills? I let my mom buy me some the other day because she swears by them and I've agreed to take them but I'm still wondering what the heck they are going do do for me?

I'm not up on current health trends and I don't have a clue when it comes to this stuff. All I know is that these giant pills are supposed to be taken 3 times a day and have something to do with Omega 3's.
I guess I will add these to my daily dose of Prilosec. Now I need to find those multi-vitamins that are hiding in the back of the medicine cabinet.
